Submit Wholesale Account Information by filling out the Wholesale Registration Form. You will receive your Wholesale Account Password via email.

You may also set up your Silly Kilili Wholesale Account by calling Silly Kilili Designs or via email or postal mail. Be sure to include:

• Company Name

• Contact Name

• Billing Address

• Shipping Address

• Phone Number

• Fax Number

• State or Federal Tax ID#

• E-Mail Address (Important so we can email you back with your Wholesale Access Password. If you have no email address we will contact you by phone, fax, or postal mail.)
