Terms: Pre-pay on-line.
Delivery Time: Most orders will ship immediately, allow 2 weeks delivery time.

Shipping

All orders F.O.B. Port Townsend, WA 98368
You are given the option of shipping by UPS (ground residential, ground commercial,  or US Postal Service.  For small orders the most cost efficient method is US Postal, for larger orders the most cost efficient is UPS.

Orders shipped by UPS will be charged by your location and  the weight of your order. 

Orders shipped by US Postal Service are charged by the dollar amount of your order.  

You will be given a chance to choose a different method of shipping before moving on to your final checkout.  

IMPORTANT NOTE: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, if you need to have your order shipped to a P.O. Box BE SURE TO CHOOSE  the U.S. Postal Delivery Method when checking out.

Using the Shopping Cart

  • The shopping cart is easy to use
  • Send your credit card information over a secure server.
  • No matter how you want to pay or how you are sending your order to us, you can use the Shopping Cart.

Here's How the Shopping Cart Works:

ADD TO CART

 As you browse our product pages you will see the "Add to Shopping Cart" buttons.  Simply click on it and the item will be added to your cart.   You can specify the quantity ordered by typing in the desired amount in the "Quantity" field, or specify the amount on the shopping cart form.  You can remove an item from your cart or change the quantity at any time. 

The shopping cart will display the quantity, product name and number, a link to a picture of the item (when available), the price of each item, shipping costs, and sales tax when applicable, for each item you have selected.

VIEW SHOPPING CART

Click on the "View Shopping Cart" button on the product pages to view your shopping cart at any time.

Here you will see the totals of your purchases and have an opportunity to add or remove items from your cart.  If you have selected your shipping destination and tax category you will see these charges too.  

When you are done shopping and you have double checked your order proceed to Checkout.

CHECKOUT

Before you checkout, verify the contents of the Shopping Cart- it will display the quantity, product codes, product names, shipping costs and taxes (where applicable).

Click on the "GO TO CHECKOUT" button on the product pages to begin your checkout at any time.  You will be given the opportunity to choose to continue shopping or to checkout.

At Checkout you will be given a choice of payment methods:

Credit Card
PayPal
Check/Money Order through Postal Mail

COMPLETE YOUR ORDER

Fill in the selected Order Form with the required personal information.  We will ask you for your shipping address, e-mail address, telephone number and information relating to the form of payment you have selected.  "Billing Address" is the address where you receive your Credit Card Statement and is required for verifying your payment.

All methods of ordering mentioned above can be printed out.  If ordering by FAX or Postal Mail you can print out the form without the credit card information and fill the information out by hand to when you FAX or mail the form to us.

Order Confirmation

  Moments after placing your order online you will receive an e-mail from Silly Kilili Designs acknowledging successful processing of your order placed on our Website.  It will include all the details of your purchase and it means that your order information has been sent to us and your order is in process.

Payment Options

All items are payable in full upon ordering.  Payment must be made in U.S. funds.    If paying by check or money order your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment.

We accept the following credit cards:

If there is a discrepancy in your credit card information we will need to contact you by phone or email before we can process your order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in saleable condition (never worn).  The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.  There will be no refund, only a credit toward an exchange of goods from Silly Kilili Designs.

At Silly Kilili we respect your privacy.  We require your personal and credit card information to process your orders but we are committed to safeguarding your privacy.

Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator (versions 2.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above, and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above).  This technology safeguards your personal information and guarantees privacy.

If you do not have a browser that supports a secure connection you may use any of the alternative payment methods offered by our shopping cart system.

We strongly recommend placing your order using the secured shopping cart, or by calling us directly.  If you choose to send your credit card number to us using the unsecured email order form, or your own email message, or a fax, and if you are concerned about security, we recommend sending the credit card number in two separate emails or faxes (the first email or fax containing the first two sets of numbers, and the second email or fax containing the second two sets of numbers plus the expiration date).

We DO NOT sell, share or otherwise give your name, email address, street address or telephone number to ANYONE else. EVER.

Silly Kilili strives to bring you the best made, most comfortable and distinguished wearables possible.  We use the finest materials available: cozy fleece, non-skid soles, ribbons and all other materials we use are top notch.  The care and craftsmanship that goes into each item guarantees that your purchase arrives at your door ready to wear.  If for some reason the product you receive is flawed (hasn't happened yet) please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will arrange to replace your purchase at no additional charge.
